You are here: Our School > School Day
From September 2022
Here at Herne Bay High School, our day always starts with a 20 minute taught Mentor session, which is part of the taught curriculum. The day then concludes with a 10 minute mentor session to close the day down and ensure students are ready for the following day.
Each day is then split into similar length lessons, usually six periods but on a Wednesday our day has five periods.
Throughout the school day a student will be electronically registered 8 times
