This term we have chosen to support the RNLI, as we are a coastal school and water safety is so important, especially as we are approaching the summer months.
We have been joined by Gerry Skinner from the RNLI in our house assemblies this week, who is speaking to students about the summer and water safety, as well as covering aspects of peer pressure and the dangers of tombstoning.
Our big sponsored rowing event takes place this Thursday, 15th May, in the Covered Courtyard. Mr Boyes will be getting in an early rowing session to start the event at 8am. With 5 rowing machines on the go all day, we are hoping that staff and student will row alongside each other, raising as much money as possible for this fantastic charity, before we conclude the event at 4pm. Please keep checking back on this page on the day to keep an eye on our progress.

We are also holding a raffle in school on Thursday, with tickets for just £1 and have some amazing prizes donated by our generous community businesses. There will also be life-ring decorated doughnuts for sale in the Covered Courtyard.
We hope you are able to support us in our fundraiser.
