• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 10:30am – 1:45pm
• Wednesday: 11:00am – 1:30pm

Herne Bay High School is looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our school team.

This is a rewarding opportunity to play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming and positive environment for our students during break and lunchtime.

You will help ensure lunchtimes run smoothly, supporting students, assisting with food service and maintaining a clean, safe and well-organised environment.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Midday Supervisor, you will help create a positive lunchtime experience for our students. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Cook with the preparation and delivery of meals.
• Supervising and assisting students during break and lunchtime.
• Helping to maintain a safe, calm and supportive environment.
• Operating cashless till points efficiently within food service areas.
• Managing queues and helping maintain good order during busy lunch periods.
• Keeping kitchen and dining areas clean and hygienic.
• Following all relevant health and safety and hygiene procedures.

Previous experience is desirable but not essential. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young people and wants to contribute positively to their school experience.
