Crochet Club Rewards Event

HBHS Crochet Club have been getting creative this term, making a variety of animals, bags, spiders for the display in the LRC and Valentines day earrings and keyrings. During the term, students earn rewards points for their hard work, and at the end of term we have a prize draw where students can win more resources to help with their crochet projects for the next term.

As we approach Easter, we will be making cards for Mothers Day and Easter baskets. Our more advanced students are making turtles in a range of sizes and yarns, and flowers. We hope to be able to sell some Easter Cards at school reception to raise money for Mencap. 

We are always very pleased and excited to receive yarn and crocheting resources to help with our projects. Crochet Club is very popular, with over 30 students signed up this year. We would be very grateful for any donations, just drop them into school reception.
