Year 7 Community Awards Evening - A Celebration of our Values

On Tuesday 14th October, we were delighted to welcome Year 7 students and their families to our Community Awards Evening - a special event celebrating the outstanding commitment our students have shown to our school values. At Herne Bay High School, Kindness, Respect, and Dedication are at the heart of everything we do, shaping the way our school works and the way we support one another.

Awards were presented to students from each mentor group who have consistently demonstrated exceptional Dedication, Kindness, and Respect. In addition, three special awards were given to stand-out students who have exemplified all of our core values in an inspiring way.

To be recognised so early in their school journey is a remarkable achievement, and we are incredibly proud of all our award winners. They are shining examples of what it means to be part of our school community, and we are thrilled to have such excellent role models among us.

We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the families who continue to support their children in living out our values every day - your encouragement and involvement make a real difference.

A heartfelt thank you to Mrs Cobb and the Wilde Theatre Company, and to Mr Phillips-Godfrey and members of the school choir, for providing wonderful entertainment as part of the evening’s celebrations.
