Details about the post
Science is central to the school’s commitment to ensuring high quality learning across the curriculum. We have excellent Science facilities including eight specialist fully equipped labs, a large break out space and a dedicated computer area. Science is taught right through to year 13 with a significant take up in out very successful 6th form.
In September 2019 we shall be delivering Science as discreet Physics, Chemistry and Biology from year 7 upwards, as such we are looking for staff to specialise their teaching in their preferred area. Applications are encouraged form teachers who embrace this approach and can contribute to the development of subject specific teams within the science faculty.
The successful applicant will be joining a highly supportive and collaborative department. We welcome applications from NQTs or from more experienced teachers who are looking to further develop their career.

Details about the post
Our successful History Department are looking to appoint either an NQT or more experienced teacher to join our enthusiastic, hard-working, committed and supportive team. The department is well-resourced and led by forward-thinking practitioners who are keen to ensure all students not only achieve well, but develop an enjoyment of the subject. The department is experienced in supporting newly qualified teachers in an environment which is open and keen to share good practice. The successful candidate will be able to teach to KS5 and be available from 1st September 2019.
