We have been really fortunate this term that the School of Physical Sciences at the University of Kent have been showing our Year 7, 8 and 9 students about the wonder of Science.
Year 7 got to experience the Cool Science show and saw liquid nitrogen being used to explain changes of state. Everyone was amazed by the flowers turning into a solid and then being smashed into tiny pieces!
Year 8 were considering the applications of Physics and realising the importance of it within their everyday lives.
Year 9 then were able to visit the depths of Space by entering the Astrodome and finding about our Universe.
