Students are able to come and collect their GCSE and A-Level art work from Monday 4th November 2019. The deadline for collection is Monday 16th December 2019. After this date work will be disposed of as the department has limited storage space.
Please do not email, telephone or try and organise a time to come and collect your work from main reception; they are unable to contact the art department on your behalf. Students will need to come into school, sign in at reception, then find an art technician in the department who will help you locate your work. The department is open from 08:30 until 15:30 Monday to Friday. Please do not come in during break (10:35-10:55; 11:00-11:20 Wednesday) or lunch (12:45-13:25) as staff will not be able to help you find your work.
When students come to collect work, they should ensure they collect it in person as they need to be able to remember and recognise all coursework, exam work and oversized final pieces. Make sure to allow 15 minutes to locate all of your work. Unfortunately, we cannot give you the carry folder your work is currently in - we will transfer work into black bags unless you have paid for a presentation folder which you will be able to keep. Do remember you will have a lot of work - please organise suitable transportation home.
