The Department of Education has launched a new helpline to answer questions about COVID-19 related to education. Staff, parents and young people can contact the helpline as follows:

Electronic Vouchers for Free School Meals
If your child is eligible for free school meals you will have already received an email informing you that vouchers will be provided electronically and requesting a reply giving consent for your email address to be used for this purpose. Emails were sent to email addresses held on the school’s system. If you have not received the email please look in your junk folder, if after checking, you still have not received the email you may need to provide us with your current email address, please email email@example.com to update it.
Vouchers will be provided on a weekly basis and will cover term time days at a rate of £3 per eligible child per day. For vouchers covering term time days following the Easter Holiday you will receive an email from Edenred the scheme operator containing an eCode which you can then redeem for an eGift card.
