Herne Bay High School / 21 Mar 2024
On Monday, some of our Year 7 and 8 students, along with our Year 13 Biologists visited the Natural History Museum, London to take part in a day of workshops and tours.
The Year 7 and 8 students learnt about sustainability challenges and had to design and build a solution to their challenge using LEGO based upon research from Museum scientists.
The sixth formers got to go behind the scenes and explore the Museum's fascinating zoology collection including some specimens collected for the Museum by Charles Darwin.
Following this, students had the opportunity to look around the Museum and its world famous collections.
